Latest Firmware

    What’s Changing?

    There are a range of key improvements to the PG3 Firmware, which include:

    • Support and update for nextgen firmware117.
    • Support for DCB07 fw 1.09 based products
    • Support for DCB08 fw 1.16 based products

    The following changes have been implemented in DCB07 based products (GDO11V3, SDO3V2 & SDO4V1):

    • Improved network status for rejected commands.
    • Split rejection message provided for attempts to set part open position & code set when motor running.
    • Prevent rejected special commands resulting in rejection status being sent in following status updates.

    The following changes have been implemented in DCB08 based products (AM8XX, AM800, AMG64, AMG64JS, GDO6V4, GDO9V2, GDO9V3, RDO1V3RP, RDO1V4PD, SDO2V2AD and SDO2V3PG):

    • Improved network status for rejected commands
    • Split rejection message provide for attempts to set part open position & code set when motor running.
    • Prevent rejected special commands resulting in rejection status being sent in following status updates.
    • Use rejection “use remote control” when UL cycle count is exceeded – US products only.
    • Ezy plot and transmitter monitoring disabled on US models – due to memory space restrictions.
    • Default part open position settings (PET ~ 350mm, Parcel ~500mm, Ventilation ~1000).
    • Allow maximum travel time to allow for larger travel encoder – 60s limit still applied to all products.
