NEW B&D Group Opener Warranty Program

As part of our ongoing mission is to make it easier to sell and service Dominator and Garador openers, we are pleased to announce the B&D “New for Old” Warranty Program.

To help you learn and keep up-to-date with the latest procedures, a series of support services and materials are available below…

Key Information

    The key changes associated with this warranty program include:

    • Proof of purchase & service history:
      • The consumer must provide proof of purchase for product and installation, plus service history to prove the opener has been serviced according to the schedule to maintain the warranty. (Once in first 12 months and then every two years thereafter, or every 3,000 cycles.)
      • Copies of these documents must be submitted along with the completed Dealership Check List via the Warranty Form.
    • On the spot validation:
      • Whilst on site, you must complete the Dealer Check List App for the Opener Warranty to check validity and obtain approval for the warranty claim.
      • You will require a PG3 Programmer to provide the warranty data as part of this process.
      • A How-To Guide and Videos on using the Programmer are available for viewing below.
    • Claim Process: All warranty claims must then be submitted via the online Warranty Form. 
    • New for Old: – No Repairs: All approved warranty claims will be provided a new replacement product. Openers and accessories under warranty will no longer be repaired / refurbished by B&D Group.
    • Travel Reimbursement: As per the current rules for replacement openers the new program will mean you no longer need to submit travel / labour claims for repairs to opener products. As you only need to visit the site once and if applicable you also retain spare remotes as additional potential revenue.
